The William S. Baer Award is a recognition of the work of individuals who have substantially contributed to the advancement of biotherapy. Awardees do not need to be affiliated with the BTER Foundation. However, the Foundation attracts many of the world’s biotherapy leaders, as well as the lay community, to join its ranks. So it is no wonder that most recipients are, or eventually will be, members of the BTER Foundation.
